Friends of Whitman Library hosted “Growing Up, American Style,” an interactive presentation for children led by the Constitution Center.

The Christian R. and Mary F. Lindback and the Thomas Skelton Harrison foundations awarded a scholarship to Friends Group President Laura McColgan in order to have the program come to the Whitman Library.
